Frame:  Solid hardwood beech and birch timber, pinned, screwed and glued with special attention to all joints on stress bearing areas. All constructed in house.

Back Support:  High resilient elasticated webbed backing.

Springs:  High quality serpentine spring system, made from heavy gauge wire which has been double heated and braced to ensure longevity. Each spring system has been specifically tailored to fit the frame for optimum support and comfort.

Back Cushions:  Hollow Fill Fibre.

Seat Cushions:  Hollow Fill Fibre.

Optional:  Seat cushions using Reflex Foam with Ultrasilk Fibre Wrap are available as an alternative but will incur an additional fee. Please call us on 01656 721006 for details.

Sofa Beds:  Night and day action with sprung interior mattress.

Scatter Cushions:  Matching pair of standard scatter cushions are included free with each sofa from this collection. Additional scatter cushions are available from accessories.

Delivery

Delivery normally takes between four and six weeks – if you require delivery before or after the standard time, please contact our customer service department and we will endeavour to help.

For all purchases we will contact you to arrange a delivery date when the furniture has been crafted.

We will deliver your Goods to any UK Mainland address, surcharges will apply to Scottish post code areas.

Orders under £800 will require delivery charges relating to the appropriate means of carriage. Relevant charges will vary, but will be indicated when you place your order.

Warranty

All our furniture carry a 5 year frame guarantee and 2 year manufacturer's construction guarantee against faulty workmanship and/or faulty materials.

In the event of a claim under guarantee occurring, please contact us by phone, on 01656 721006, or by e-mail at sales@sofa-by-design.co.uk.

Any manufacturing defects will be rectified free of charge. If a repair is not possible you will be offered a replacement and only if a suitable replacement is not available will you be offered a refund.
